Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
How to Exercise Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g. email to contact@wholesalersrsafe.world). You may use a model withdrawal form if we provide one.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If goods arrive damaged or defective, contact us promptly. We will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed, or goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
